There is a breakfast bar and a dining table for four people. If you prefer dining alfresco, the flat also has a garden balcony complete with BBQ. (There are also many restaurants within walking distance - under 5 mins).

The apartment also has a study area and library for your use. There are two large flat screen televisions (+DVD player) in the living room and in the bedroom. FREE WIFI is provided, the internet connection is broadband with unlimited downloads. The last speed test was 13.42 mbps.

The beautifully refurbished bathroom has both a bath and a power shower, heated towel rail and an electric shaving socket. All towels and bedding are included.
