The separate modern Ikea kitchen has a fridge with ice box Indesit washing machine four burner hob and ample storage. The bathroom has a shower and bath. There is gas central heating and double glazed windows. There is a phone line ready for WiFi to be installed and this would be up to you to organise. The EPC rating is currently D68.

Transport connections are fantastic with many buses running down Streatham High Road from bus stops which are a two minute walk away. Streatham Hill Station is a 9 minute walk with trains to Victoria and Brixton tube station is a short bus ride or about 25 minute walk. Nearby you have Tooting Common and Brockwell Park.The area is lively (post-covid!) and has some excellent coffee shops and bars. You are just a few minutes' walk from an M&S Simply Food and a Sainsburys Local and some excellent local fruit and veg shops nail salons hardware shops... the list is endless (I grew up in Streatham and you can probably tell that I love it!).
I am a private landlord who lives nearby so you would not have to go through an agency to communicate with me or pay them fees. I am seeking tenants who would like to make a property their own home and would care and look after the place ideally professionals who are looking for a long term let (1 year +). References are essential and unfortunately pets are not suitable.
