My flatmate and I are moving out of our lovely apartment as we are both now buying our own flats. If not we definitely would’ve renewed our lease!

We need someone to take over our tenancy which lasts until 31st August 2024. Currently the rent is £1940. If both parties are happy you can renew this contract at the market rate.

Beautifully designed contemporary apartments with breathtaking views across London. On-site residents' only gym wellness room and roof terraces. Oh and pet friendly too.

We have had the best time living here. The team are amazing and very helpful. If there is ever an issue it is quickly resolved by the on site team. Secure with a key fob system.

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT MORE THAN 3 ADULTS ON THE TENANCY.
