Rent my 2 bed Flat

This person was very rude and has discriminated against me, not allowing my to book a viewing because my name doesn't sound European, which has nothing to do with renting. I also explained my financial situation which I understand is required and I was told, "If you do not have your own money to pay rent, I cannot rent to you" which I consider a very rude response, implying I make money illegally or something of that sort. I added I'd make a report about this landlord and his response was "I do not care". This just shows how much you care for your tenants doesn't it Mr Dino.
