Our flat is modern stylish unique and comfortable. The flat is nestled between Canary Wharf and the iconic Tower Bridge. The neighbourhood – Bermondsey – is residential and quiet. Southwark Park (tennis courts walking) is directly across the street. Adjacent is the whole of central London right at your doorstep. The flat is an 8 minute walk to Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee Line) which is 1 stop from London Bridge 4 stops from Westminster and 6 stops from Bond/Oxford Street. For the Olympic Games Stratford Olympic Village is a 6 stop 16 minute straight shot down the Jubilee line. If your aim is to be nestled equidistant between the Olympic Village and the landmarks museums and nightlife of central London this flat could not be in a better location. The flat used to be a shoe shop over two different stories but we have completely refurbished it. The historic shop feeling is still there - brick building wooden floors the character of an unconventional space. The interior is stylish new full of high-end appliances and amenities and decorated in a modern style whilst preserving the flat's historic London character. The flat has a comfortable bedroom with a King sized bed. There is a small sitting and storage room; a newly refurbished kitchen with a dishwashing machine and a washer/dryer; a bathroom with shower and bathtub; and a good sized living room with oversized Italian couch TV DVD player and adjustable table. The living room has a single glass and wood door that opens onto a small private outdoor sitting area a rarity for central London and absolutely essential in the summer time. The house has its own WiFi network. The flat will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. There are different pricing structures depending on when you require the flat. Olympic Per Night Pricing – 7 July to 19 August: 4 - 10 nights: £260 11 – 13 nights: £215 14 – 16 nights: £200 17 – 19 nights: £190 20+ nights: £180 Non-Olympic Pricing: 3 night minimum £150 / night Royal Jubilee Weekend Pricing - 2 - 5 June: £250 / night The renting fees are all inclusive. A 50% non-refundable rental fee deposit will be required in order to hold your reservation. The balance and security deposit (determined by length of stay) will be due no later than six weeks before your arrival date. If renting the flat for 17 nights or more during the Olympics we will provide a complementary Fortnum and Mason hamper full of British delicacies.
