This is a three storey Victorian semi-detached family house. There are Four Double bedrooms and one single bedroom. There is one bathroom and another WC downstairs. The ground floor is open plan with sitting room (real fire) through to the dining room and then through to the kitchen. The dining room has a huge table with benches down each side and can seat 12 people comfortably. There is access to the side of the house for bicycles.
There is a built in barbecue in the garden and table and chairs for eight. Garden has pots of colourful summer flowers. At the top of this three storey house there are two double bedrooms and one single room. On the middle floor are two double bedrooms (one is very big), the other one opens onto a sun-trap roof terrace and we have plenty of big cushions and mattresses for lying in the sun. The ground floor has a magnificent through sitting/dining/kitchen arrangement with plenty of space to entertain. There are two large sofas and a 32 sony flatscreen TV. There is an open fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is simple and practical. There is a 'bosch' double electric oven and electric hob. Microwave and dishwasher in place. There is a separate area for washing machine and extra fridge near the WC. This lovely house is in the very sought after area of E8. We are 5 mins walk from London Fields which has an olympic size outdoor heated swimming pool. Next to London Fields is Broadway Market which is a small street full of great shops /bars and restaurants during the week and on Saturdays is a fabulous market selling all types of food, crafts and antiquities. We are a 5 minute walk from three separate stations situated with links to the olympic games. Travel to the site can be done in less then half hour at a cost less then five pounds. Dalston and Shoreditch high street have a great night life with clubs and bars open till late. Famous for its trendy and arty vibe, the area can hold great nights out. Dalston high street and Mare street have a great selection of restaurants ranging from Turkish, Spanish, Carribean, African, Italian and a selection of great Gastro pubs that serve quality meals. Travel across London is made easy with the train lines situated in and around Hackney.Help and advice will be provided and we will leave information on where to go and the best methods of travel.
