Centrally located modern apartment with excellent transport links to the Olympic Park. Based in the heart of the financial district and between Tower Bridge and London Bridge the location offers the perfect location to be based during your stay in London. There is a large room with a comfortable king size bed in a well presented apartment the second room is small and has a single bed although there is a sofa bed available in the living room. A private large rooftop terrace offers the perfect area to unwind and to appreciate some of the excellent views the City has to offer. Full mod cons available in the apartment including the likes of wifi. The fourth floor located apartment has wooden floors in the living area and is carpeted in the bedrooms. A spiral staircase leads up to a large and furnished apartment offering views of the soon to be finished Shard. Stratford is very accessible by Liverpool St (8 min walk) or the DLR from Bank or Tower Hill (4 min walk). Please note that there is no lift in the recently renovated block so one will have to be prepared to walk up 4 flights of stairs - you get used to it and it's worth the walk! The apartment will be shared by one other person during your stay - a professional male who works in the finance industry and is in his early 30's. I am a non-smoker but smokers are welcome to use the terrace if needed. Happy to offer advice and assistance to ensure your stay and visit to London is memorable!
