This is a 1 bedroom flat in the heart of historic greenwich it is available from june onwards and maybe earlier. It is above a coffee shop (my coffee shop red door) in Greenwich Market. It is a period property with many period features wooden floors sash windows with the original wooden shutters fireplaces in every room real gas fire in sitting room wood panneling it is situated on a pedestrianised lane. It is a wonderful location and a very charming and unusual flat it was described by one estate agent as 'shabby chic' in that it is not 'luxury' but still desirable. The location being key and would suit someone who would appreciate it's old London charm cobbled lane roof top views lively market atmosphere etc. It is fully furnished and has a double bed in the bedroom so would suit a couple. It has all it's electrical and gas safety tests up to date. the flat is 2 mins from Greenwich Park the river thames and the cutty sark DLR.It is above my cafe where we sell delicious Monmouth Coffee cakes and cream teas so you don't have far to go for a decent coffee in the morning. it is in Greenwich Market which is a fantastic London Market specialising in arts and crafts antiques and collectables and loads of lovely food. you can see our lovely cafe on (website hidden) page red door gallery and me on (website hidden) @katereddoor
