This is a luxury flat located in the Devons Wharf area on a very quiet street (Leven Road). It is on the third floor in the Torquay Court building (don't worry we have an elevator:D). A great view of the City is also included (from the window you will see all the tall buildings haha). In the room as you can see in the photos there is a spacious closet as well as a big drawer and two nightstands which are very spacious. The en-suite bathroom is very nice as well the shower has two different shower heads and a towel rail which has a heating option. The hallway as well is very spacious. There is a storage room located on the hallway and a room dedicated to the washing machine. The apartment has a heating system which can be adjusted to your liking. The internet connection is very good we have a Sky router at the moment and it is running well. Everything is of a very high quality the kitchen appliances are very good. There is also a dishwasher which we haven't used but it is brand new. Storage space is also provided in the kitchen everybody has their drawers and shelves. You will be sharing the flat with 2 other girls and one guy they are all very quiet and respectful professionals they only stay home in the weekends and most importantly they don't cook much so if you are interested in cooking the kitchen is all yours :) This is a very clean flat everybody cleans after themselves and also a cleaning lady comes every week and tidies the communal spaces (hallway kitchen and the bathroom that the other guys share). This costs 20/month but it is already included in the total price of the rent The DLR which takes you straight to Canary Wharf or Stratford for other commuting lines (Langdon Park or Devons Road) as well as the tube (Bromley-by-Bow with the District and Hammersmith&City line) are very close (10 min walk). City Airport is also very close. More amenities are in the area (off-licence stores on the next street as well as Sainsbury's next to the tube and a very big Tesco minutes away). Me and my boyfriend are moving out of this gorgeous double en-suite room because we found a flat closer to work :) We have the contract until September but the company we signed with can make arrangements for you to have another longer contract. All the bills are included in the price you just have to make arrangements with the Tower Hamlets Council for the Council Tax (which if you are a student you don't have to pay just register and follow the steps on their website). Very new building close to tube&DLR

Canary Wharf minutes away with the DLR from Langdon Park (max.10 mins walk) as well as Bromley-By-Bow tube (District and Hammersmith&City Line). Also the DLR can take you straight to Stratford where other lines are available as well as Westfield Mall. Off-licence stores on the adjacent streets very big Tesco close by and Sainsbury's next to the tube.
