Large 1 Bedroom Flat in a converted pub next to Victoria Park and a 10 min walk from Bethnal Green Station available for rent from 11 July 2017. The flat comprises a large open plan living room/kitchen big sash windows that let in lots of light. Kitchen appliances are all fairly new including a large built in fridge freezer small dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer. The bedroom is also a large room fitting a king size bed 3 door wardrobe and two chests of drawers ++. Bathroom has a bath with shower over very good water pressure and fairly new boiler meaning there are no hot water problems in this house. The landlords are really good in my experience they are happy to fix any issues you have promptly and without complaint although I can say that as everything in this flat is relatively new there really haven't been many issues to speak of. Please get in touch with me for a viewing likely to be Sunday evening or a weekday evening next week. To secure the property you will need to pay your tenancy fee to Ellis and Co estate agents in Bethnal Green.
