Situated in a private block (with 24/7 CCTV & Lift) located in a new building located next to the newly refurbished Tricycle Theatre on Kilburn High Road. High Ceilings and good-sized light double room comes fully furnished with large wardrobe chest of drawers cabinet and other storage facilities. It is close to Queens Park and the Kilburn Grange Park with the tennis courts. Tube access 6 minutes to Kilburn Tube Station and 3 minutes to Brondesbury Train Station Extremely handy for getting out of London on the M1. All required supermarkets and convenience stores close by. Convenient buses from property are 16 32 98 189 316 332 632 N16 N98 and many others. We are professional landlords with our own property business. We are easy going travel a lot and spend time home and away. We have three buildings in the neighbourhood including another 30 flats in 240 Kilburn High Road. The block is great with a good mix of friendly neighbours.
