The flat renewed in 2017 is on the ground floor of a two-floor English house with a patio at the front and a private terrace at the back which is accessed from the living-room. The house is fully furnished with stylish and suitable furniture that makes you feel like you are really at home. The kitchen is equipped with all kind of appliances which are practically new (all items were bought about a year ago) and it is the dream of any amateur or expert cook. The bathroom is completely renovated and practical and it really invites you to enjoy a relaxing shower. The property is very warm in winter and enjoys sun light all day round since the windows are located on the East and West side of the property. The house has a gas installation and heaters in all rooms. Overall installations work perfectly. The room is overlooking the terrace (East side). It is very warm in every sense and it is fully equipped with a double bed 2 wardrobes a couple of chest of drawers a chair a ceiling light and a bedside lamp. It has quite a lot of storage space and space to move comfortably. The house has two bedrooms and it would be shared with an amazing flatmate who works nearby. The room will be available from 1st November and the tenancy will extend until the 31st March 2019 (extensions or renewal can be agreed with the landlord). The house is very well connected with center London walking distance to Shepherds Bush St. (Central Line) and Shepherds Bush Market St (Hammersmith & City Lines) and there are many bus routes during all day and night. The street is very quite with a nice English style houses and a couple of minutes walking from the main street which is vibrant and plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores. Everything you may need will be at hand. We are looking for a professional who has been living in the UK for some time so that she or he can provide a labor contract and good references from a previous landord. The new tenant will replace me in the tenancy contract until its termination on 31st March 2019 which means that she or he will need to make a deposit that is is recoverble at the end of the contract next March.
