About me

I am 56 and seeking a one bedroom flat for a long term rental. I am clean reliable and trustworthy and not noisy. I have been in my current flat for 3.5 years and have never missed a payment. I have to leave my flat in W11 as the landlady is selling the flat in July. I am willing to pay up to three months in advance as goodwill. Although I have put West I am open to other parts of London.
