Hello! Myself and my fiancee are looking to move East and are interested in seeing this place at some stage this week if possible. We are both working professionals 25-30yrs I'm Irish and he's from New York. We both work inner city London but live in Greenwich at the moment. We would obviously only need one of the rooms so the plan for us is to find a 2-bed flat that we love (first and foremost!) and then find another suitable candidate to take the second room - someone that we really like and trust ourselves. So we're currently looking at a few different 2-3 bed flats (in East London) with that plan in mind. We would be interested in viewing any property which features the below: * 2 / 3 spacious bedrooms * Spacious living room/kitchen area * Located near Transport (5-10min walk) * In a safe area * Not ex-council * Garden preferable but not necessity * Zone 1 or 2 and in the following locations ideally: Dalston Hackney London Fields Brick Lane Shoreditch
