We are a couple with one ten month old.no pets.looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom property preferably ground or first floor at least part firnished property.no house conversions please.i am a full time chef earning around £1 300.00 plus pcm and working 40 plus hours.i can pay any fees deposit and rent upfront with guarentor. however i will be applying PART DSS after moving in.thanks
