I hope all is well and that you've had a great start to 2016! My close friend Jade and I are looking to rent long term a minimum of 24 months at least. We are two professionals who worth in the luxury hospitality industry so naturally being clean respectful and reliable comes as standard. We love this property and wish to have a chance to view the apartment. So we would like to make an offer of £1500 pm for the property you currently have listed. I appreciate this is lower than what you're asking for however it's the very top end of our budget considering we have to take into account the council tax and bills.
