The flat is off Cold Harbour lane and in close proximity to KCH 3-5 minutes walk.    Average estimated bills per month are about £80 for electricity gas and water. Council tax is band B Great transportation links 3 minutes to Loughborough junction bus links to the city and a bus ride to Brixton and Peckham Rye station.  The Flat is partially furnished however this is negotiable at tenants request. Kitchen is fully furnished with a washing machine refrigerator and a cooker. The bedroom consists of brand new bed and a wardrobe. The lounge also has a dining table with chairs.   Long term let available. Non smoker and no pets.
