Hi this is a two bedroom ground floor flat. The location is between Hammersmith and Goldhawk Road and close to all amenities. The flat is lovely - very calm and quiet. It has an outside patio area which leads out from the kitchen and living area. A bathroom two double bedroooms and living space off the kitchen. Very relaxing warm property. You can move straight in and live happily as it's part furnished which means it has everything you could need now. The flat has a washing machine gas central heating. It is in a clean managed house with new carpet and good kitchen. The building is well maintained and is safe and secure. Great location - easy access to Hammersmith Shepherds Bush Brook Green - with great shopping at Westfield cinemas etc close by. Supermarkets very easy access. Parking possible in the street. All major tube lines within easy walking distance. Hammersmith - 10 mins walk. Shepherds Bush Central line - 10 mins walk Goldhawk Road - 5 mins walk This is ideal for two professional sharers or two couples. We are happy with a six month contract however there is no time limit on staying in the property. Please call for a viewing asap. The property will be professionally cleaned before new tenants move in and is furnished. NO DSS NO AGENTS please. One month's rent in advance and one month's deposit. Excluding bills.
